By focusing on repeat purchasing behavior and building a stronger connection between the brand and its customers, the initiative created a more consistent and predictable revenue stream while strengthening overall brand loyalty.

With Chicago Faucets, our work centered on increasing brand awareness among interior designers—a key audience for their business. By refining messaging and identifying better ways to reach this niche market, we helped position the brand more effectively within the design community, improving visibility and engagement with the right decision-makers.

For istash, a digital wallet platform exploring expansion into new markets, we conducted in-depth user research and developed marketing insights to better understand customer behavior, trust barriers, and feature preferences. This work helped shape how the product could be positioned to drive adoption, with a focus on simplicity, security, and seamless integration into everyday use.

Beyond academic work, JW Media is built on hands-on experience executing real campaigns. With Bikes & Music, a nonprofit organization, we developed and ran ad campaigns and social media strategies that led to a highly successful instrument drive. Through targeted outreach and increased engagement, the campaign raised meaningful funds and significantly expanded awareness—directly contributing to the organization’s mission.
